Aiva Home Improvement is a provider of home appliances (air purifiers, vacuums etc) and health and beauty (skincare products and other cosmetics) products.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Orders that have been placed will be accepted as returned goods. Please keep the receipt and the items in the original packaging in order for the items to be aceepted as retuned goods. For more information contact us through our hotline (+960 737 6889) or by email at sales@afglobalholdings.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
